TornadoVideos.net deploying inside multiple tornadoes with the Dominator in northern Oklahoma on two separate supercells as part of a historic Oklahoma tornado outbreak. The first series of suction vortices is from the supercell just south of Wakita, OK that tracked near Medford, and the white elephant trunk was west of Pawkuska in Osage County. We also intercepted this second tornado with my window down since I developed so fast, and nearly blew us off the road. Check out the full story on Discovery Channel's Storm Chasers starting October 2010!
One mile wide wedge tornado from near Yazoo City, Mississippi on April 24, 2010. Intercepted the tornado near Holly Bluff just east of the Mississippi River, and tracked the huge wedge to the damage path in Yazoo City, after which we assisted with the rescue effort until emergency personnel gained control of the situation.
Several tornadoes from three different supercells in the Texas Panhandle on April 22, 2010! Two tornadoes touching down at the same time from a cyclic supercell, as the Dominator attempted an intercept, and the tornado roped out overhead. Check out Storm Chasers on Discovery Channel this fall for more tornado insanity!
